This is a cookbook designed to help the person who is gluten intolerant or allergic to Wheat. Here are recipes that are not difficult to make, not full of exotic ingredients and good to eat. Family and friends will enjoy these recipes and won't know the difference unless you tell. This is a PDF file which you can read on the computer or print out. There is another PDF that is set up to print in 1/2 pages for a smaller book so let me know if that is the one you want. Otherwise you could use a full page and notebook for your copy in hard form. At the ripe age of 64 the diagnosis of Celiac disease came to me. At first it was something that I wanted to deny but with a bit of thought and time it made sense. Soon I found that both parents had given me a gene to contribute to my difficulty and so began the process of learning how to cook and eat all over again. After getting myself back to health; writing a book to share with others was a new goal. Here is book #2.
